The ONLY chance we have is for freaking DMAC and the pass rush to show up. If not we will get destroyed lol. Nobody in our secondary can hold either WR or tony G so we are in big big trouble if Ryan isn't running for his life and ac isn't running like a mad man

I predict our defense will give up no touchdowns this week
Carson Palmer will not throw any interceptions
Both Greg Knapp and Jason Tarver will exhibit great playcalling on their sides of the ball
    Raiders won't commit any penalties

The Raiders' offense will need to explode in order to win this matchup. Palmer will need to connect with his targets with minimal error, as well as DMC running like a horse out of a starting gate. Also, Knapp/Allen need to take chances on 3rd & inches and make smart decisions on which plays to call. The defense should be fine as long as the front line can put pressure on Ryan. The main concern with the defense would be the CB coverage, so I hope Tarver has been focusing extra on that area over the bye week. The Raider's suffered a rout in Denver, it will have been a long two weeks -- come this Sunday -- with that bitter taste in their mouths, and a win in Atlanta would mean more than almost any other this season. We'll see what happens, Raider Nation.

I can see Palmer not throwing any interceptions and, probably, Knapp getting much more creative and improved with the play calling. (Tarver should be fine.) However, it seems that the likelihood of no Raider penalties and not allowing any touchdowns is very, very minimal. The penalties will occur, but maybe you meant there won't be very many given their impressive turnaround in that area. I hope that you're correct on all four accounts, though.

The Only thing I can say is that I hope we do some zone bitzing and we better disguise this well, also I would like to run the ball because I would not Matty Ice to get comfortable in the back.

Our biggest problem I think amongst many is those screen plays our DLINE has to learn to hold their position and think with their heads and not always attack the QB without thinking of any other possibilities.

We can win this we have had two weeks to get ready plus it a mourning game and they have had two rough games lately I say we win by six.

    Based on trends...

Oakland will keep it close in the first half and crap the bed in the second half.

I hope DA took the bye-week to look at what's been happening and make the necessary adjustments. I still think he's going to be an effective head coach, but I'd like to see some tangible improvements in the near future.

I agree. Through the first 4 games (except vs Pitt) it seems as if the opposing team has been the only one to make adjustments at halftime.
