He's supposed to be playing 3rd and 2nd.
I blame Alderson for this mix up.

Flores can handle another 30-40 lbs on his frame. If he does, Flores will be an 1B and he'll have plus power and bat for 1B. The Mets should just let him develop. And, see where it takes.

Right now, he can still play 2B, but he will need reps. You can improve first step quickness, you can ask Brooks Robinson. They're playing him at 3b as a hedge just in case they don't sign Wright.

It's obviously Flores natural position anyway.

They should be using him at 2nd base regardless.

    He needs more reps there.

Puello's plate discipline sucks. He needs to start in High A gain next year. Ceciliani imo, is polished enough to play CF everyday in AA.

Anyone hear on how Flores is doing. Not sure where our correspondent in Venezuela has gone? We need to pay him more.

Yeah. I'll see what i can do about getting him more money. We definitely need more reports from him.
"Mr. Martin Tanner, Baritone, of Dayton, Ohio made his Town Hall debut last night. He came well prepared, but unfortunately his presentation was not up to contemporary professional standards. His voice lacks the range of tonal color necessary to make it consistently interesting. Full time consideration of another endeavor might be in order."

Oh, I didn't know I could get money from you guys

I'm a bit depressed that my team has started the season 0-6 and not paying much attention, also, It's not until the WS ends that TV coverage starts seriously for the winter league.

About Flores, sadly, he plays on the most remote and the least popular team on the league (by far) so they don't get a lot of games on TV. They've started the season 6-0 so maybe that will give them more air.

I did see Flores live, the first 2 games of the season that they visited my home team. As I said, what impressed me the most was his physique, I didn't know he was quite tall. He played both games on 3rd and did good imo, No errors or noticeable **** ups. Good contact with the bat too, he got hits both games, but it was the first 2 games so I couldn't tell much.

Also, Chris Schwinden is set to start the 25th any other Mets you guys know are playing here?

    After 6 G, 24 ABs, Flores' slash line is .292/.393/.458, for an OPS of .851, 5 R, 3 RBI, 1 HR, 4 BB & 2 K.
Ceciliani and Lawley are off to decent starts in the Arizona Fall League.
    DC: 22 AB .273/.346/.409, 4 R, 5 RBI, HR,
    Lawley: 18 AB .278/.278/.556, 5 R, 4 RBI, 2 2B, HR
    Puello: so-so 29 AB .276/.323/.276, 0 XBH, 8 K, 0 BB, 2 SB
DWL just getting started, but Valdy: 9 AB, .444/.545/.778 for an OPS of 1.323, 4 R, HR, 2 BB, K.

And for VenezuelanMet: Oswaldo Navarro is playing for Lara, and Juan Torres is on Aragua.
I wouldn't expect much from either.
