Anyone know anything about either? My limit is $200 so if you bring up another pair make sure it is around $200 or less

I got the Bose AE2 last year. Spent 125 at the Bose outlet store by me. I love em. Not too knowledgeable on headphones though.

Skullcandy mixmaster mikes. Don't compare to the rest of their crap from skullcandy. they are great. cost $300 but i got mine for 150. Plus they got lifetime warranty.

Go to http://www.innerfidelity.com/ Before I settled on my headphones I did alot of research becuase dropping that much money on head phones I wanted them to last me a lifetime. this website helped alot they do reviews on all kind of headphones and usally have a detail youtube review.

I quite like the AKG k141 MKII , Great sound for the price, nice warm sound. Really liked it the most in that price range, I think you can get it somewhere between 100-140$ , the k142 HD should be very similar and in the same price range. The only real downside is they're semi Open, which means the Isolation is not the greatest. The Closed versions (k171) should clear that problem, but they have such high impedance so they don't work well with mobile devices.

Nice headphones, how's the bass on those? Semi open isn't necessarily bad, especially if using at home. Generally speaking, I actually like the sound of open more than closed, to me it kinda sounds like the music is coming from further away rather than right next to your ear.

I listened to a pair of the studio Beats and my Sony ear buds sounded better. Don't do it.
    I'm In.
