I give Jones the edge since the Pats have the better O-Line, but I am excited for the game and hope these guys want to show each other up to prove who is the better player right now. As for the game, I'm not going to lie, as a Jets fan I'm a bit worried, but hey, any given Sunday right?
Coples also cost himself half a sack with that facemask penalty, so he could have easily had 3 sacks as a 3-4 DE.

Jones is a beast. I actually love the moves the Pats made in the draft. (well I love the pick but HATE like burn in hell hate that it was them that made it) (that was a joke) (kinda).

I thought Coples and Chandler matched up very evenly when they faced each other on Sunday. Both created pressure against the opposing QB's and both were given a sack during the game and then each were taken away and given to someone else.

I don't think he's as athletically explosive as JPP or even close. JPP is a freak of nature. Jones is very athletic, but I don't think he's a physical freak to that extent. He is surprisingly sound in technique though which is why I think BB has trusted him so much to start.

Jones is a beast v.s run and pass.

The Jets literally made the Vernon Gholston pick again.

You either haven't seen Coples play or never saw Gholston play or both. Otherwise, you would realize how ridiculous this comment is.

The second head to head matchup between Coples and Jones proved nothing. Jones was inactive due to a ankle injury and Coples was active but didn't play much for some reason or other?

I think Coples has loads of talent, he just needs to learn some NFL worthy pass rush moves. As usual the Jets are mis-using their defensive front 7 talent.
