Dodgers have done a good job of loading up the front of the rotation, it will be interesting to see how Ryu turns out. Looks like he has good stuff but that was also against non-MLB competition. I think the addition of a power-bat for the bench is key (nobody on the bench right now could hit more than 5 homers in a season with an aluminum bat I don't think).

Trout hit leadoff most of last season, which is where he'll probably stay, he's without question one of the fastest guys in MLB, up their with Dee Gordon's speed...

Mariners are interested in Gordon and if we throw in Luis cruz and a couple more prospects we could get a deal done..what you guys think?
The Dodgers do need to figure out the situation with the infield. Hanley Ramirez is picked to be their starting shortstop so that does leave out Dee Gordon. However, I think Luis Cruz is an acceptable infielder and hitter. I think the Dodgers are going to give him a chance rather than trade for him. There is also Juan Uribe and Nick Punto but more than like Uribe will be released rather than traded, no team will take on his salary. Nick Punto will be traded. The Dodgers also have the pitching situation that they need to address as well. Chris Capuano or Aaron Harang are definite trade baits this winter. I am probably guessing their going to hear it from small market teams or a team possibly like the Cubs who could definitely use the help in their rotation. Will see though we have a long way until February or March.
why not trade for Trumbo? Doesnt he play 3B. Offer them Gordon and Billingsly for him. Since they need pitching.
Bills is a big question mark with his health.
Love Luis Cruz but he was lightening in a bottle last year. While he is projected to hit .290 this year by many scouts his ops was bad, like a few points above his batting average. I know our future is Corey Seager at 3b but I was hoping we could have gotten Youk for a year or 2.
i like the idea of moving Hanley to 2nd base as soon as possible, those scary throws he makes wont be as scary from there.
and more importantly could i get a reference to something that says the mariners want Dee
Why would the Mariners trade a 25 year old 3B with power, for a 25 year old weak hitting SS who didn't even hit well last year?
