i would rather have 3 closers than 3 rp. They proved they can pitch in the clutch and finish the job. If Hanrahan is willing to to move to mid-relief then im all for it.

OT:Our SP just needs to get to the 6th inning then our bullpen will finish the job

Makes sense that the Pirates would want Van Slyke , since his pop played very well for them years ago. The Pirates probably think the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree and are intrigued about the possibilities. I say do it!!!

This would be great! I think Torre was an overrated manager...but I believe his emphasis on quality pitchers was right on. Can't have enough pitching, guys!

I honestly wouldn't mind another all star caliber SP. Barring injury, pitchers are more consistent than hitters...and our hitting was BAD at the end of last year. I'd be ecstatic with a Lee..even Sanchez...maybe even Dickey if it doesn't cost us too much.

I thought the Dodgers might try to sign Hamilton due to the fact the market is lower than he might of expected. Go in for the steal. Well I was wrong on the team, but was right in the city. Wow image The middle of the Angeles order will be a beast if they sign him. I still wish the dodgers would sign him. Most say don't need him. I for one thing he would be the best hitting on team if kemp don't recover this season.

Sounds like Kendrys Morales is expendable now. He could fill our 4th outfielder, backup 1B positions. Although i doubt the Angels would ask for nothing less than the moon from us.
