    Michael Vick Needs to GO!

I am at work all day today, catch the last 4 minutes of the fourth.

I come home, look at the stats, and see 20/30, 175 yards, 2 TD's... wow what an efficient game for Vick, then scroll down, and see 3 fumbles, 2 lost. One turned out to be on the 3 yard line of Pit.

His knack for turnovers is starting to disgust me, interceptions or fumbles expect at least 2 a game from Vick.

It is the way he slides, that causes most of the turnovers. he would be good if he does a qb slide (feet first slide)..... that is something he should be working on in the offseason.

Only one of those fumbles weren't his fault but the other two are in excusable, when he slides head first at the speed he runs, he exposes the ball.

also when he doesn't QB slide then the defenses are free to tee off on him.

First, is the play dead after a QB slides, regardless of whether he is hit?

If the QB slides feet-first, then yes, the play is dead.

Second, if it is dead on the slide, is there a penalty for hitting the QB after the slide.

And if he is going to slide like that, he really should make it a priority to protect the ball.

Turnovers are killing this team, we could have been 5-0 if it wasn't for vicks turnovers.

vick giveth and vick taketh away

And here we have another so called Eagle fan acting like a fool after a tough loss. Vick is our QB and Reid is our coach for the season. We are 3-2 and in first place. Were not going to win every game. So either support the team or just go root for another team. Im tired of all the cry baby fans. GO EAGLES, EAGLES FOR LIFE.

its not the right time to bench vick. starting foles sends a message of throwing in the towel.

next year is a whole different story but unless we go into the bye week at 3-3 with vick dropping the ball again(pun sadly intended) then i think they go with foles

A rookie QB has never won the Superbowl. Andy and Marty know this and they are going to ride Vick out unless something prevents them from doing so.

I think the fact that they tried to talk to Manning and drafted Foles in the 3rd round tell you that they are planning to abandon the Vick project eventually if it continues down this road.

The Eagles have never won a Superbowl. There is a first time for everything.

I'm not saying Foles will win a SB, not at all, I just hate that argument because someday, it will happen.

    But they have championships!!

Yes, it will happen someday, but do you think Foles is that guy? Out of every QB to ever play in NFL history, in their rookie years, you think Foles does what hasn't been done?

I don't think you tempt fate and purposely fight an uphill battle. We have 4 pre-season games to go off of and that is it. Russel Wilson looked good in the preseason too.

You can be an Eagles fan and not like Vick. The Eagles were around long before a d will be around long after the existence of Vick.

    Also, Vick sucks.

You guys should move on. His turnovers are costing you guys big. Hes a running quarterback whos fumble-prone with older legs. Solid team around him though so maybe just look in next years draft

Tim Tebow could do better in this offense... And I hate that jerk too.

Yes he does... P Manning or Kolb were better choices...Where is my buddy BDawk? A guy like Vick has the ability to be great and lead his team to a victory...That being said if the playoffs were just 1 game long and not 3-4 the Eagles would have the best shot at a superbowl... He is not capable of being great over that span so the Eagles are in trouble... He is far to inconsistent and a turnover machine

Go for who, Foles? Foles looks promising, but his team is built to win now. Sadly, they're stuck with him for the immediate future.
