We could sign Suzuki to play CF? That would be cool just because its Suzuki

Interesting Idea but I don't know if his legs (at his age) could take 150+ games in CF. Nothing to prove that but that's just my gut feeling.

I'm all for trying to sign BJ Upton to play CF and then either trade for Willingham or sign Swisher to play LF.

I don't think we'll be able to sign Swisher and Upton. If we sign Swisher we can sign Pagan or Victorino instead and i'm cool with that.

Just big dreams over here. I know it's a long shot to sign both of them, but instead of going after a guy like Hamilton who will cost around $20M-$25M a season I figured you could look at Upton and Swisher who would be $10M-$12M each.

We need a CF with the tools of Bourne plus an arm to go with it. I'd like to see Jason move over and hire two corners. Swish and (holding my nose here) Victorino and maybe even an encore by pretty boy Frenchy.
    Gonna miss the Magician

FW has said on more than a few occasions he doesn't view Jason as an everyday CF'er. It was on MLBTR.com this week or last week if you want to check it out. Just click the site and click on Braves on the right hand side.

Who's to say we can't get Hamilton and a decent name LF if we don't sign BMAC?

I don't think he's saying we can't ( dreaming big maybe, but it is possible on a shorter deal). I just think he's saying it's a lot more likely that we split the money between 2 players. Also........ It wouldn't be ideal fo Josh to be in CF. Better off sticking him in Left and trying to find a CF'er.

Why we would want a terrible player?

RT @Buster_ESPN: We're about 20 minutes from the start of BAL-NYY game and the seats are 90 percent empty. The atmosphere is like a Tuesday night in May.
RT @Buster_ESPN: One surprising early factor in this game: There is bound to be many empty seats in Yankee Stadium. Lots of tickets available online.
One can only imagine what the critics would say if this happened at Turner in the play-in game. But you know... it doesn't fit into the narrative and all. Shooooooooooo-beeeeeeeeee-doooooooobeeeeeeee-doooooooo!
