What decision has your team made.. or didnt make, that you regret the most?

For me being a KC fan. I remember Dallas offered us a first round pick and D. ware for a Larry Johnson trade. Instead KC signed LJ to a 5 year deal and we all know the history from there.. imagine tamba hali and dware.. would have changed both organizations huge!

I don't remember that... Good lord i'd probably have cried myself to sleep every Sunday the rest of the season
