I was reading that it got crazy good reviews. A lot of the Canadian papers claim its one of the best of all-time (Just out of Bond films).

Great movie! Javier Bardem is a great villain. He is such a nasty yet likable villain. He is s poormans joker. It does feel a little like a Bourne movie.
Saw it tonight. Million times yes. I loved it.
I freaking love skyfall, it was awesome, I didn't like thefight in the country house scene, feeles weird for a Bond movie and severeal things seemed to not fit with this Bond.
BTW this is my bond movie top 5:
1- Dr. No. (set everything up loved it)
2- Casino Royale. (could be number 1 I love this movie)
3-Thunderball
4-You only live twice
5-On her majesty's secret service.
Top 5 bond girls:
1-Eva Green.
2- Dr. No's secretary (this one made my jaw drop because of her modern look in a very old film)
3- Carole Bouquet (amazing french lady love her)
4-Barbara Bach
5- Sophie Marceu.

The country scene fight was pretty horrible in my opinion. It just added an unnecessary 30 minutes to the movie.

You talking about the Skyfall scene?
Oh Ok. I liked the scene.
Got a sense of Bonds past, and Bond was a pimp in that scene.
I thought the scene was necessary.
The country scene was very necessary. It was a way to show that computers and high tech gadgets shouldn't replace field agents but rather work with them. It stripped down Bond to the basics showcasing his quick decision making and ability to get out of problems the old fashioned way, something that was echoed a quite a few times in the movie.
ESaady nailed it.
Seeing it tonight, rather excited. The late showing will surely **** me over for work tomorrow though.
Seeing this tonight with some friends, pumped as hell
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more.
