Ugh I cannot stand Craig Bond movies and this one doesn't look much different.

Why do you hate them? Casino Royale was spectacular, and while Quantum of Solace was a letdown it wasn't a terrible movie.

I really just don't like the Craig version of Bond. I thought CR was a good movie.... I just didn't feel like Craig was James Bond at all. They kind of went a Jason Bourne-esque way with the series that I don't really like. The series lost a lot of charm and humor since Craig has been cast (eh actually you could throw DAD in there as well) to the point where it just feels like any other secret agent action film. I mean style wise Craig reminds me a lot of Timothy Dalton and Timothy Dalton isn't exactly the most memorable Bond to me.... just always serious and angry.


Oh and regardless of what anyone says I thought Quantum of Solace was awful. The editing on that movie could give people seizures.

I agree. I haven't been much of a fan of Craig's bond even though I loved Casino Royale, I felt like Brosnan was the best bond in the worst movies (other than Goldeneye).

I share the same sentiment. I liked Brosnan in terms of being the most complete Bond but good God his movies after Goldeneye were simply awful.

I thought Brosnan was meh.
His films were bad but in the final two he was equally as bad.

Connery is still my favourite Bond. Followed by Dalton and Craig. Roger Moore just didn't do it for me.

I liked QoS. It was just a major disappointment with how great Casino Royale was.

I've got high expectations again though. Can't wait

Also, as far as Brosnan goes, I thought he was a great Bond character-wise but that his movies just weren't consistent. They got worse with every iteration, but through no fault of his own. As far as I'm concerned, Goldeneye was great, TND was good, World Is Not Enough was bad (Renard was a horrible villain), and Die Another Day was embarrassing with it's ridiculous stunts/effects.

I'm pretty pumped for this. Daniel Craig is my favorite after Connery and Casino Royale was ****ing brilliant. I didn't mind Quantom of Solace either.

I hope this movie goes back to how Casino Royale was rather than a part 2 of Quantum of Solace..Since I'm a James Bond fan, I will be watching it either way..

Craig is how Ian Fleming invisioned Bond would be.
Connery and Dalton also.

1- Connery.
2- Craig.
3- Brosnan. (cuz of his looks, anything but goldeneye sucked)
4- Moore. (weird considering Fleming wanted him to be Bond in stead of Connery.)
5- Lazenby
