Outfielders are a little easier to find than the "best catching prospect in baseball". I'm psyched about having a stud catcher and possible center fielder, as well. Nothing beats being strong up the middle...

When I posted this a couple months ago, almost everyone felt there was not a chance in heck that we could get D'Arnaud. Glad you were all WRONG!!!

I'll be the first to admit that even until yesterday I didn't think the Jays would part with d'Arnaud. I implored Sandy to make a deal that would net us Gose, Bonifacio, Syndergaard and Arencibia.

Glad? I'm ecstatic that I was wrong. But I do not like the idea of pulling Gose out of the deal. We really need a CF too, and there aren't that many options open to us. Would I be happy with Td'A, Syndergaard, Buck and a lower level prospect? Of course. But I'm hopin' and prayin' that Sandy can convince Alex A. to include Gose in some way, even if it means us adding another prospect.
