Let me tell you - if your intention is to hire Farrell, you don't go around making goo-goo eyes and comments about the guy unless you want to pay through the nose.

What you do is start a conversation about someone else, move to a 2nd guy, and try and have the other guy bring it up, or at least throw it out almost as an after thought - and keep your damn pupils and eyes impassive!
