I really wouldn't mind getting Alex Gordon. I think I like him more the LoMO. It'd would take a starting pitcher to get him though.
I really think we are in a great position though to build a dynasty. As long as we don't spend money on a lot of long term deals. That 2015 F.A looks absolutely un real. I think our specs will be coming into there own, and we will have money to sign some studs.
oh im sorry its my opinion can i expess it?Originally Posted by AI4LIFE:24346961

I know who Perez is lol. I can't imagine they would give him up though. I think we could get Gordon for Buchholz almost straight up. I say almost cuz it's never straight up in baseball.
The Webster, Workman, Jacobs package is something i'd offer for Tulowitzki. The exact package I was thinking was Webster, Workman, Wilson, Jacobs, and Iggy for Tulo +
For next season a lineup starting with
Ells
Pedi
Ortiz
Tulo
Gordon
WMB
That sounds nasty.
Our rotation would take a hit. However there are F.A available to replace Buchholz.
I throw this idea out there, however i'm semi convinced that Buchholz is going to have a great season... I'm so torn haha.
I think Xander is absolutely in this deal. So i'd take away one of Barnes, Owens, Webster and add Xander. Plus we are most likely taking on Figgins as a bad contract.
I'm not saying that I would replace them with Xander it's just I believe that Seattle would demand him.
I would absolutely do either deal though.
Rockies say no!

Anything for King Felix will cost an arm and a leg...Bags is right it will start with buc, XB, WMB, Brentz, Owens and Barnes...
Still not worth that imo...King Felix has so many innings on his arm and he would have to sign an extension before we completed the trade. I love him to death and he would make our rotation simply that much better if not the best in the AL east. But to morgage our future...the only true player I would be willing to give up XB for is Stanton...23 yr old with limitless power and rhh which would equal about 50 hr a year...not to mention we have been lhh heavy for awhile...imagine Stanton hitting 3, ortiz 4, and Napoli 5...which is the one "Big" FA I think we sing.
And is he even a "Big" FA? He has just as many questions surrounding him as anyone not named Hamliton. (Diffrent ?'s)
My offseason: Sign Napoli 3 yrs 36$M with a club option for 9M for year 4.; Sign Sanchez 5 yr 65M(not happening at that price would would be ok with me)(he wants more years...screw that) (I want)-Melky 1 year deal worth about 8.5M...overpay but he has something to prove and fenway could be perfect for him to do that and we all know he can succeed in the AL east.
first sim dont kill me...haha
