season 6 actually had some good episodes imo but season 7 was not great and season 8 looks like a bust so far

thank you, honestly it was a solid episode, not great but solid.
They def were not clicking on all cylinders in terms of each character being funny, but Mac and Charlie's storyline did enough to make it solid.
the best episodes obviously occur when they all the storylines are hilarious. See dennis reynolds an erotic life etc.
In terms of when the show was the funniest, def seasons 3 and 4, the only episode I didn't absolutely crack up to was "who pooped the bed", which wasn't terrible just not great.Jackie Bradley Junior.... that is all

I loved Charlie, Dennis, Mac scenes but I found the scenes with just Frank and Dee very bad TBH.
