Yeah Iowa's a mid tier Big Ten team. I'd probably divide them like this:

    Contenders
    Indiana/Mich/MSU/Minn/OSU

    Potential for upsets
    Wisc/Iowa/Pur/Ill

    Bottom feeders
    NW/Neb/PSU

Still have some hope for Illinois but wouldnt be too hard to drop them to bottom tier

Scheduling will always play a key in the title race. Here's another look at who lucked out with single plays this year amongst the top teams:

    Indiana
    A: Illinois, Northwestern
    H: Nebraska, Wisconsin

    Michigan
    A: Minnesota, Wisconsin
    H: Iowa, Nebraska

    Michigan State
    A: Iowa, Penn State
    H: Illinois, Northwestern

    Minnesota
    A: Ohio State, Purdue
    H: Michigan, Penn State

    Ohio State
    A: Penn State, Purdue
    H: Iowa, Minnesota

    Wisconsin
    A: Indiana, Northwestern
    H: Michigan, Purdue

Minn and Wisc have the easiest schedules as they play two of the top teams only once. Mich also joins that group but both of those single games are on the road. Indiana and OSU miss one top team while the best team that MSU only plays once is Iowa/Illinois

    Northwestern hanging with Indiana.
Still not sold on Indiana being the top team in the country (seeing that Louisville lost)

Indy lost to Wisc. Kansas will be #1 unless voters jump Duke over them

Ohio State favored by 11.5 over Iowa tonight

We are due for a bad game since we've played well the last few. Not expecting a win tonight, just hoping for a competitive game.

Tough to win on the road when half your team are freshmen.

Next year is our year to shine.

I actually expected a really close game. I've been impressed with Iowa this year. I'd love to see them find a way to make the tourney.

They just cant win on the road. They are a completely different team at home.
Winning against Wisky and should have beat Indiana/MSU if they could finish the last 2 minutes of the game.

Woodbury absolutely needs 1 full year of the weight room. He has no muscle at all and gets abused down low. He has the size, just needs to bulk up a bit.

Iowa coming on strong here. Might be too little too late but they're dominating the game right now.

Looks like OSU is going to hang on. Really like this Iowa team though. Nothing but good things ahead for that group.
