Free agents sign for the most money...RAJ just doesn't seem to be offering the most for whatever reason. I would imagine players would still choose Philadelphia if the money was on the table.

i wonder if he could pull off a hamilton deal and add a bourjos for cf while still grabbing youk....i feel that the bull pen could be good with the same cast that we had already...maybe i am dreaming but that would be a nice offseason...
