I'm really excited to see Ruf play this season. It's time to see what he's got...
He's done whatever he can at every single level, including mashing over 37 PA's in September. Give him some AB's..
Oh, and Dom Brown now is a -0.8 win player over 500 PA's with roughly an 85 wRC+ and under a .370 wOBA.
Only that first number is correct...
492 PA
-.8 WAR (75% from 2010)
.307 wOBA
90 wRC+
Don't give up on him too quickly, he flashed a lot of promise this season.

Just remember, Utley didn't hit until he was 25
Hey guys,
This may be completely off, but the Tigers will not be keeping Delmon Young. Do you think the phillies should look at him as an OF option or would he be to expensive and play too bad of defense to justify it?

Bring on our 3rd WS ring, our first Super Bowl win, 4th NBA Championship, and 3rd Stanley Cup
The Phillies never going after Josh Willingham makes me sad to this day.
It seems like he's been available every single season at some point, but no.![]()
Excuse me.......................Absolutely No to Delmon, sorry
Crap his WAR is -.7, no thanks. I will make sure to do my research before I post next time

Ok,
How about this idea, I build a time machine and bring Mike Schmidt back from 1980 and he can play 3rd base for the phillies?
