I have a gut feeling that Torii signs with Boston. It just makes to much sense in my mind. Torii loves David Ortiz, Red Sox need his leadership, I will start in RF, the Red Sox are always considered a contender, and the are deperate for bats.

I think he will go to Texas. You know they're going to make him an offer because they obviously aren't trying very hard to retain Hamilton. Hunter will be cheap, he is still very serviceable and he lives in Texas. It's a win win for the Rangers and Hunter if you ask me. And yet another former Angel will play for Texas and absolutely RAPE Angels pitching every time they play each other.

The Mets and Jason Bay agreed to part ways. With Hunter most likely out of the picture, should the Angels check-in to see what Bay has to offer, even as a DH? However, his other career seasons look decent and suggest that he could be of some value. Here are some other overall career stats: BA - .269; OBP - .363; SLG - .485; OPS - .848. Thoughts?

Well the reason we parted ways with Hunter was due to an overcrowded OF, so I don't see why another OF should be brought into the picture. And as for DH, I would expect Trumbo and Morales to split time there.

It is about Trumbo and Morales for DH. If Jason Bay was a decent arm, we could throw him in the pen if cheap.

I'm so proud of myself. That's where I predicted he would end up. If he actually ends up signing there, I'll be 3/3 in my free agent predictions (Joel Peralta and David Ortiz being the other two).

Not sure if hes going to be a starter at 2B or utility guy. As a Jays fan dont know tons about him, what do you guys think about him being the everyday 2B for the Jays?
