I haven't done deads in quite a while because of my back. They felt ok but I know I'm going to be mega sore for the next few days. My legs are still wiked sore from the other day too.
you dont do any hamstring work?
Good question and that's what I asked myself when I saw Stam's workout he posted for hughest (which is the workout I'm doing). I'll probably add leg curls into next week's workout.
What else would you recommend for hamstrings?

I use the hammer strength or the cable machine
GHR's are great, but not many gyms carry them.
