Ok, so this is my second log and I think the first was a great success. I inadvertantly bulked over the summer putting on about 15 lbs. I think I look like a fat pig but the wife totally disagrees. She says I have 0% bodyfat; she's exaggerating of course.
I weigh about 176ish right now and I think I'm probably at about 16-18% BF. My goals are to try to get back down to about 165lbs and 10-12% BF.
I love working out but my eating habits are crap, especially for these last few months. Eating clean is going to take a lot of self discipline but I'll do my best.
I'll be stealing Stam's workout he put together for hughest but I don't think either one of them will mind
Damn 205 behind the neck... Thats using barbell sitting down on a bench right? If so thats impressive. I dont/ cant remember seeing anyone do that in our gym... Though I dont see to many people useing the shoulder press area
