Every time I see their WAR totals, it amazes me that anyone is even picking Cabrera over Trout.

Aight, lemme end this with a KO right now:

    Ryne Sandberg: 9282 PA | 4.05 fWAR/600 | 4.2 rWAR/600 PA
    Chase Utley: 5128 PA | 6.32 fWAR/600 PA | 6.26 rWAR/600 PA

Utley has 1/2 as many PAs right now...thats definitely whats hurting his HOF hopes, but he has been clearly more valuable than Sandberg in his career. If he can get another 2000 PA (3 full seasons) of 4.5+ WAR rate, then he >>> Sandbage

I love Trout but i expected alot more from them. Its a complete disappointment to not make the playoffs. They arguably have the best talent on their roster. Their pitching staff is full of numbers 1's

They had the best record in the AL after Trout was called up. That 6-14 start killed them once the A's and O's came into the race.

Remind me why Cano and his 8.2 rWAR are not on that list.

It's funny, in another thread that the OP started, he had a SS with 175 AB as one of the best SS in baseball, with an rWAR of around 9. Yet, a 8.2 rWAR over the course of a full season is definitely not worthy. Lmao!

In what world was Carlos Ruiz better than Adrian Beltre or Robinson Cano?

    Prince Fielder
    9 HR / 33 RBI
