    BCAA's

What are they? Why or why don't I need them... I've read about them online but still don't fully understand. I was thinking of adding it to my diet, I've heard MP has a good BCAA drink and AminoX by BSN is good too? Will someone enlighten me plz.

BCAAs are a waste of money unless you're training in a fasted state.

    No need.

I take cell mass right after I'm done working out and it says to wait 20-30 minutes before taking your shake or eating, so I take my shake about 25-30 after I take my cell mass. And if I'm correct I think both the cell mass and my 100% whey have amino acids (bacc) in them

Cell Mass is just overpriced designer creatine.

BCAA supplementing wont benefit you in any way.

I dont see any need to buy anything other than bulk creatine monohydrate. You can get a year supply for like 22 bucks.

Just looked it up. Each serving is 5g and they say take right after workout or when you wake up.

The question I have is, is 5g all you need in one day or should I take one serving in the morning and another one after workout? And should you wait 20-30 minutes after you take it to consume your shake/food? The label didn't give any info on that.

I think 5g a day is enough. Once you take it for a say a week it becomes saturated in your muscles and any excess you take won't be absorbed. You'll just piss the excess out. Some people do a loading phase where they take say 10-15g per day for the first few days to reach the saturation point faster, but its probably not worth the extra bloat
