Does Chad Ochocinco/Johnson have a chance at the HOF?

Simple as that, does Chad have a chance of being in the hall of fame? Does he need a few more productive seasons? or is there zero chance?

Here's his career numbers so far:

    766 receptions (26th all time)

    11,059 yards (26th all time)

67 receiving TDs (tied for 39th all time)

66.6 receiving yards per game (26th all time)

    6 time pro bowler

2 time first team all pro

Based on these numbers is he there? Is he close to being a HOFer? or Does he have no shot?

(Btw, whats up with all the 26th all time stats? Weird.)
