ok dont shoot my idea down but since we need a 1st basemen and the Nats just traded for Span why don't we trade to Mike Morse he will be a great addition to our lineup what do you say?!!

So we made Napoli an offer, still waiting for a response.Marino Pepén @Marino_Pepen
A Napoli #RedSox le hizo una oferta que aún no ha respondido. “@RotondoKyle: @Marino_Pepen se napoli cerca de firmar con los Medias Rojas?”
Hope the offer for Napoli isn't 4 years. 3yrs/33 is what I'd like to see.

I'd be perfectly fine with 3 years/$36M.
Same - fine with 3/36, would go to 39 before a 4th year.
O's non tendered Mark Reynolds, career .857 OPS vs lefties.
I think I read that his fielding % at 1B is actually better than Napoli's. I guess it could be argued that Napoli's "other" position is more valuable than Reynolds. And Napoli is definitely a better catcher than Reynolds is a 3B. But if the Sox sign Napoli I really can't see him catching too many games with the logjam they have behind the plate. I don't know but Reynolds intrigues me.
yeah, but that's percentage, his footwork is brutal. At the right price I'd take him on as I'm not sure how much further than 125 WMB can go.
We'll be dealing away Salty any day now, or making him the back-up at 1B and DH.
One way we can get Napoli to give up catching is give him 4 w/ an option/buy-up (yuck)
Hey guys, new here, longtime lurker. I came up with a somewhat out of the box idea for the Sox, let me know what you guys think. It came about from reading these two tweets:

Jerry sands is possible against RHP to platoon with Gomes/Ross (.295/.364/.575 MiLB line against RHP) or to play at first in Fenway v. RHP with Napoli sliding to C, I think he could take advantage of the park dimensions well.
Note: the stats above are the players respective stats against LHP/RHP
