He's gonna need more than that.
To some, he was just a boy. A boy who played football, a football player that grew to be a man. A man that took over a city, a city that he made his own, a city that stands behind him in hopes of becoming one of that cities all-time greats. To some, 2013 was a fluke. To some, he can't do it again. To some, he got lucky.

To us though, to the Philly faithful, that QB is Nick Foles. To us, that's our QB.

The only way he is getting in is if he buys a ticket. Even then, they may still say no.

From one Bears Fan to another, please take off the homer glasses.

He's the best Bears QB ever, but doesn't mean that he should be in Canton with Elway, Montana, or any of the other HOFers.

Eli has already locked it up at age 31 with 2 SB MVPs as a franchise QB. Not even being a homer, but the guy has cemented his legacy.

Hell no. And I freaking love Jay.

Comparing him to the talent of his era, he's not worthy of the HOF (nor are a lot of QBs that get mentioned).

He's cemented the HOF, but I don't think he deserves it.

I like Eli kind of, but he's not the type of QB that deserves the HOF. The HOF has a huge issue with taking in QBs because they played on a team that was good (not saying Eli hasn't contributed, mind you...he's just not on the same level as a guy like Jim Kelly or Favre or Marino or etc....those guys are the ones I think of when I hear HOF).

Sorry but it's not locked up. If he can repeat last years performance (without the superbowl) for another 4-5 years yea. But last year was his only dominant year. He's been in the league for 8 seasons and made the probowl twice.
