What is everyone's take on it? I know Lloris is a great GK but Friedel still deserves the 1 GK spot no? He's still playing great and I think after this year then you make Lloris GK or if Brad's form falls off but I don't think it will. I feel bad for him as one little mess up and he'll probably be going to the bench.

As good as Brad is, Lloris is much better. There are only 5-6 GKs that can be argued better than him. Its just a matter of time before he gets his place in the first team and once he does that no one will take it from him.

I think Brad should be able to play out his final year. He's not exactly Jamie Moyer hobbling around back there, he's still a very good GK.

Better yes, much better no. Friedel will remain in goal while Lloris gets use to the English game. They will slowly work him in and he will prob start to faze out Friedel by the end of the year or next year.

Brad Friedel is an absolutely class keeper.
Until he starts to play poorly or gets injured Lloris does not deserve to start ahead of him.****

Friedel is just playing out of his mind right now, so no to Lloris. At least unti January when Tottenham unload Friedel.
