Bills need new owner and a complete front office overhaul

I know hindsight is always 20/20, but when the front office continously make mistakes, its time for us to admitt that this team will never win anything.

Last year, this team plays an injured Fitz, because the coach felt that an injured Fitz gives the team a better chance to compete, than a healthy Thigpen. A year later, Flyn from GB could have been had, or Quin and McCoy, but we go with Vince Young. Then, the coach never lets him play or practice with the first teamers. The coach plays Thigpen most of all the pre season games and cuts Young. Now if theres an injury to a Fitz, were looking at the same crap this year as we did last year. Jackson will not be any help, theres speculation that he will be an inactive til week 8 at the very least.

Also, can anyone tell me what our front office sees in Fitzpatrick. He cannot throw and when he does he has no accuracy. What the hell does this GM and Coach see in Fitz, that makes us draft Aaron Williams over Daulton last year. Or Graham over Wilson this year. The GM is pretty much saying that Fitz is a superstar franchise QB, therefore a #2 QB is not needed. I know people are saying "give Fitz a break, its only been one game", but they are wrong. Its been 3 seasons of this guy and he is not getting better. Take away Fred JAckson and this team does not start off at 5-2 last year.

Not to mention we have the worse WR group of no-names ever. The coach makes Graham inactive, but dresses Dorin Dickerson. Dickerson did not even get on the field so why didnt he just make Dickerson inactive and let Graham sit on the bench. It would have been nice to see Graham in there after Nelson got hurt, but our coach has no vision. Chan says Graham wasnt ready, but hear we are in week 2 and now apparently he is ready, because he is playing against KC.

We have scewed up so many drafts, no wonder why were an embarassment in the football world. The year we traded up to get Lossman, Dallas uses our pick and draft Ware. How nice would it be to have him on our team for the last couple years. We then have a choice between Cushing, Clay Mathews and Orakpo, but we pick up Maybin. Imagine Ware and one of those three on this team. Like I said, Hindsight is 20/20, but this is the crap we have been living with for the past decade of football. Horrible drafts, Horrible QB decisions and a lack of vision in our front office.

Ownership isn't going to change until you know what, and I'm not rooting for that. You never know what new ownership will do.

I do question how good our coach is and our GM.

I know a lot of people love to think we have a top GM and top coach. I'm not sure why that is. There's still been a lot of bad picks on this team. To me, it's strange that a 3rd round pick isn't ready to play yet.

The season is young, but if we miss playoffs, we need a new coach. Same goes for the GM.

Out of all the 1st 2nd and 3rd rounders, the only ones inactive were the injured ones. Therefore, our idiot organazation picks the only person in the 1st three rounds, that wasnt ready to play.

Also, Every team picks drafts a prospect at QB. GB always has, even New england got Mallet. Washington trades the world for RG3 and in the 3rd round, they still draft Cousins. The last QB to be drafted by Buffalo was Levy Brown, who we all know had no chance at ever playing in the NFL. It makes me sick to think about.

The problem is nobody but wilson wants the team in buffalo... Unles Kelly can get a group of investors. Otherwise new city and a guaranteed overhaul of just about everybody in the coaching staff and front office. As far as tj graham he is a sporty guy who is raw... We prolly could have got him 2 picks later and still been a lil high.

I don't think anybody would disagree that the front office up until the past few years, our drafts were terrible. But in order for new front office that is good, wilson needs to go. If wilson goes the team goes....

What an embarassment the Pats game was. Just another example of how our front office is the worst in the league. Not one of our coaches were smart enough to make any adjustments against the Jets or the Patriots. They threw all over us and for some reason our coaches contiously rushed only four people. Our commitment to Shitzpatrick is mind blowing. A lot of people will blame the defense, but they may have been way to tired after having to run back onto the field continuosly after the 4 interceptions. The funny thing is, How Bad Is Leodis McKelvin? Justin Rogers was horrible out there. He was getting beat on every single play and its funny because he was replacing McKelvin who for some reason has a job in the NFL. After Rogers being torched continously, McKelvin stayed on the bench. Thats a waste of two roster spots.

A draft move that will prove to be one of the worst mistakes in Bills history is the commitment to shitzpatrick and then drafting Aaron Williams over Andy Dalton. At the time, Chan and Nix said they didnt need a QB. They should both be fired for having that thought. How many interceptions, how many over thrown and under thrown passes will they ignore, before realizing that this team needs to draft a QB. We passed up on Dalton, this year we passed on Ron Wilson. Then in the preseason, Nix releases Vince Young, only because he didnt want to hear fans beg for Fitz to get benched. Last year, Fitz got hurt and they played him injured, because they felt that an injured Fitz, was better than an healthy Thigpen. So this year, we still have Thigpen as backup. Brilliant.
