does anyone know about this?
It's something along the lines of 70% of your maximum lift with really low rest periods in between sets.
The idea is it is supposed to be so intense your body burns a ton of calories trying to repair for the next day or 2.

Yeah I'm not eating them bc of protein. I eat plenty of protein every day.

It is a way to burn calorie/fat AFTER exercise. Although it's difficult but I think that it is not a significant way for bodybuilders.
