Sorry not to be discouraging, but that is a terrible deal. That is the same as 1-2 pound of any other protein considering it takes 3 scoops per serving. Also other proteins only cost 50-70 for 5 pounds.

I started doing this sort of strength training 3 times a week on top of my body building and my strength has gone through the roof. I feel so much more explosive and powerful. I sprint with the prowler into 400lb tire flips into sledge hammer hits on the tire.
