Is Chapman the only one on the PUP to start the season?

Austin Collie has recovered from his latest concussion and will be available Sunday when the Indianapolis Colts open the season at Chicago.

“Full go,’’ coach Chuck Pagano said today when asked about Collie’s status. “Yep.’’

How did Collie look during the team’s workout?

“Great,’’ Pagano said. “Fresh legs. Ran all over the place. Caught everything. Looked great.’’

Collie’s status had been in question since the veteran receiver suffered his fourth concussion in 22 months Aug. 19 at Pittsburgh. He did not play in the team’s final two preseason games.

Along with Collie, cornerbacks Jerraud Powers (knee) and Justin King (undisclosed) are expected to play against the Bears. Pagano also is optimistic defensive end Cory Redding will return to the lineup. Redding suffered injuries to his left knee and ankle against the Steelers.

The only player who won’t play against the Bears is starting inside linebacker Pat Angerer, who’s on the mend from foot surgery.

That's excellent news. Good to know Redding, Powers, King & Collie will be out there. Knock on wood, that's relatively healthy.

HA yea, I was out of the loop for a little while...went on vacation to Fla when the hurricane was about to hit (or I guess supposed to hit there) so I missed out on a little bit.

Still think we should take a risk on Otah. Hes a good tackle when healthy and maybe he could get back to playing form at some point this season and help us.

All I've seen is that it's an ankle injury and that he's going to have an MRI tomorrow.
