I would do it...

1.Trade for Dalambert, we will have to give up a 2nd rounder(who will never play for us) if we want to get rid of a bad contract like miller and a guy like pittman for dalambert.
2.Sign Andersen as a backup C
3.Try to trade away chalmers, joel, or ray allen(both have been bad and inconsistent) for a young and athletic player who can score for himself off the bench or for a more consistant pg.
4.Maybe sign delonte west as a backup or 3rd string pg if chalmers and cole are being inconsistent.

i never wanted dalembert. i thought he was a ****ing douched for turning us down the first time, but if we can get him cheap then i would take him.

He fits with a stretch 4 or 5. Like a guy like bargnani.
We should also stop giving haslem minutes until he can hit a jumpshot, hes undersized, slow, and cant play offense. If we get dalambert and andersen we should just play lewis and maybe james as the back up pfs to get some offense off the bench. This team needs guys off the bench who can create their own points, not a bunch of shooters who wait to get open and miss a bunch anyways.

lewis should never see the court. his defense is that bad. this team has plenty of offense. the problem is we cant finish a defensive possession. we actually played good d tonight, we just gave up 23 second chance points and they had 20 points off our turnovers.

another game where it felt like we lost it more than they won it.

anyways, indy did what they had to and we lost. next game vs portland should be good, looking forward to seeing lilliard

The heat wont need haslems rebounding anymore if they get dalambert and andersen. The biggest problem with everyone outside of this team except lebron, and lately wade has been consistency. Some nights chalmers, allen, bosh, and haslem are all playing great, then the next game they all suck. This bench needs more consistent players who dont need the help of lebron and wade all the time.

i just dont know about varnado. boston needs all the big help they can get, wonder why he never saw any minutes there? they were playing jason collins lol, they can use a big.

hopefully he works out but i cant help but think of him as a more raw version of joel with better hands. its only a 10 day contract, we have a tough stretch on the road these next 10 days, not sure he sees any minutes unless its a blow out, then again spo gave some minutes to jorts so who knows
