    Chase Utley

    We have had a ton of threads about guys being selfish so I figured this would be something fresh... Chase Utley wants to move to 3rd base to help the phillies out. He approached our GM about it because he thinks it is the best thing for the team going forward. This is why Utley is amazing...

    I saw Barry Bonds do this all the time. Most selfless guy I've ever seen. He had great ideas to help the team, such as conserving power...

    Ryan Howard should do something similar and retire from baseball.

    Then let Chase move to 1st and make sure he stays healthy.

    Is Utley's defense killing them at 2b? His bat is far more valuable at 2B than 3b

    i remember watching this *** a kid, lol thanks for finding this, another thing barry did for the giants was that he wanted everyone to be closer like a family, so he roped off 1/3 of the locker room to force everyone to get closer and work together, which worked because they all universally hated him

    Its not about his defense, its about Floyd Galvis and his bat and defense. Floyd is a great defender with no bat, Chase's bat is a better 3rd base bat then Galvis. It also would allow the Philly infield bats to be good enough and let them focus on outfield and bullpen in the off season.
