Love Portis, but no. The closest he'll get is that he was traded for Champ Bailey who will be a HOFer.
I would put Rickey Watters in before Portis.

If portis had stayed in denver hed def been a hall of famer. Man I loved portis he was ourmost talented back we ever had. Then the skins ruined him by making him gain 20 pounds and drove him into the RB grave

There are too many in there now who don't belong, they really should be far more selective. Portis is not a Hall of Famer.
