Pretty solid finale...Otto biting his tongue off was disgusting, but also hilarious.

Not sure how he'll survive, but I don't wanna see Clay die in prison...and his character is too important to die that way.

next season will be about gemma getting clay out and jax getting tara out so season 7 will be the ultimate battle between the 4 of them.

a couple of episodes back when jax was talking to popes right hand i just knrew the plot was going to shift for jax to kill pope and have that guy lead, it is becoming too predictable

Yeah. It's best if things don't come out of the blue. Foreshadowing is needed, and is often really effective in great shows...especially after the season 4 debacle of a finale. The show is predictable in a grand sense, because pretty much each season fits the same mold, but the individual events are from from it. I'm overly critical of this show, but I don't think predictability is a problem.

Not going to read through this thread too far, but I've watched the first few episodes of season 5. opie's death is probably the worst I've felt about something in a TV show for quite a while. There have been many deaths in TV shows I watch, but for whatever reason this one certainly got to me. Especially the way it happened. Made me sick to my stomach when it became apparent it was going to happen.

I am all caught up on Sons..Just finished the season 5 finale last night..Wow. Though I am still upset that Opie died..I was looking forward to Jax and Opie running the MC together, but I guess that's what people expected and it made for crazy tv to kill him off.

This show is awesome. I hate that we have to wait until Sept..I read some interviews on Kurt Sutter (creator and Otto) he is planning on ending the show after season 7.

Just watched the first episode, I dont like the mom or the leader of the group, nor the crack-whore mom, the girl doctor is ok, and the main dude is cool, does this show improve
