Both are young athletic and have a world of talent.
I'd take Tulo. Tulo has a cannon and plays good defense, it is a toss up offensively.

It's Hanely, for sure. Put Tulo in Florida's pitchers park and Hanley in Colorado's hitters park and it wouldn't even be a comparison.

No way. Hanley is the only guy in the game who can challenge Pujols as possibly the best all-around complete player in the game. No one else compares with Hanley.

Hanley and it's not even close. Outside of this year, Hanley has been a top 5 MLB player the 2 previous seasons and he's just entering his prime.

Tulo because of the defense, that means a lot a SS. Plus he can hit.

Hanley is not terrible defensively, he's above average...
This is not a good comparison...
Kobe vs. VC in it's NBA counterpart...

Over the past three years, he is the 3rd worst defensive SS, this year he is the worst. His value of his 5 full seasons is -37. So he is a -7.4. That is not good at all. Over the last three years, Tulo is +5.5 and for his career is 20.8 for his career (counting his full seasons, not his rookie year of 25 games). Originally Posted by footballer2369

Tulowitzki is better by a wide margin in the field and the bat is close. To me I still would take Tulowitzki but it is not an easy decision.
