    Melky Cabrera or Andre Ethier

Which impending corner OF free agent would you rather have going forward.

It's a lot closer then most people would think. And it's not who has been better in their careers. Cabrera is two years younger and seems to be just hitting his prime. Their production have nearly been identical this season, and Melky's 2011 is better then any season Ethier has posted before this year.

    Favourite Teams:

Boston Red Sox: 49-62, games this week vs. Cardinals (3), Angels (3)
Indianapolis Colts: Good draft and off-season so far.
Looking for new NBA team to cheer for
Ottawa Senators: 37-31-14, season over, free agency begins this week.

Ethier, but Melky does play a pretty good CF too.

Melky plays better defense, and can play all 3 OF positions. He's a switch hitter who makes decent contact with little power.

Ethier is a high OBP player with pop and is really limited to a corner OF position.

    Still, it's Ethier.

No one thought they got hosed. We just knew that meant no Beltran. Giants knew Sanchez's best days were behind him.

Would you trust a blind scout? Of course you wouldn't but that's what you do when you simply go by stats
Splifftone, OptiskeptSF and Ciaban have a lot in common

Giants fans didn't think it, but go look at the thread from when the trade was made.
