    Surprise sleeper team this year?

What team do you think will be a sleeper team in the NFL this season?

    Can't choose your team.

I think Oakland will surprise a lot of people this year, with a healthy Mcfadden and a full training camp with Carson Palmer.

I am not sure there is one. I don't believe any of last years "below 500" teams will rise up and be significantly better. The entire play-off picture will come from last year 500 or above teams.

I may get laughed at for this, but I am going to say Kansas City-- I mean this was a team that lost Jamaal Charles, Eric Berry, and Matt Cassel for the season or a significant time and they still finished 7-9 last season.

NFC: Saints(I think they have no fall off)
AFC: Dolphins(not necessarily the team, but Tannehill will look good)

Falcons. As a Falcons/Broncos fan, yes I'm biased. But......I think the new offensive coordinator is going to have Ryan throwing deep more and getting Harry Douglas and Julio Jones a lot more involved. Won't just be White doing amazing things. Julio Jones should explode this season. Expect E-Z like Sunday Mornin Jaquizzi Rodgers to do more than his share of damage to opposing defenses at the running game when Turner isn't running. Should be a lightning and thunder like platoon. Beefed up our defensive secondary (Grimes, Robinson, adding Asante Samuel) and they still have a strong front line D. Now maybe they can get past the 1st round of the playoffs.

Homer pick Oakland just with Palmer mcfaden Moore bey ford Goodson and other weapons on offense we could be good and even an average defense last year would have gotten us a playoff birth.

However I see Carolina in the playoffs along with Washington who I think will win the east. Also the bucs will improve vtaly

With all due respect, how can a team like Atlanta, who many have slotted as an NFL wild card playoff team, be considered a sleeper?

Because someone wants his team to have some attention.

    To answer the question:

Seattle- I like their running game, I like the defense, I like that they play in the weak NFC West.

Oakland- Defense is looking pretty good. If McFadden can stay healthy I think they will win the AFC West with old-school style football.

I have to go with Philly. Way too talented to have another season like last year.
