Texas Judge Says Civil War if Obama is Re-Elected

"He's going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the United States to the U.N., and what is going to happen when that happens?," Head asked.

"I'm thinking the worst. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe. And we're not just talking a few riots here and demonstrations, we're talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy.

"Now what's going to happen if we do that, if the public decides to do that? He's going to send in U.N. troops. I don't want 'em in Lubbock County. OK. So I'm going to stand in front of their armored personnel carrier and say 'you're not coming in here'.

"And the sheriff, I've already asked him, I said 'you gonna back me' he said, 'yeah, I'll back you'. Well, I don't want a bunch of rookies back there. I want trained, equipped, seasoned veteran officers to back me."
I know what websites he's looking at!

But I must say I agree to a certain point with what he was trying to get at.

9 based on political views or location?

But yes, I'm not getting the impression this fellow is firing on all cylinders.

If we were to have another Civil War, I would propose we let certain states go. Proverbially, taking a dive.

9 based on geography, politics and culture. Perhaps even language... dialect certainly.
Pacific north west. (they get hawaii)
California. (might be able to combine those two)...
    Rockies states. (they get Alsaska)
    Texas +(oklahoma nebraska kansas missurra).
    Southeast,
    Mid atlantic,
New York (they get puerto rico)
    New England,
and last and greatest... the upper midwest.

On behalf of the rest of New England, you can give CT to New York. It's already a suburb of NY already anyway, and they're all aready Giants or Yankees fans. Not to mention CT, well, just sucks.

    Keep it.

WTF is Texas letting this asshat make decisions on to determine the course of peoples lives in a courtroom anyway?? The thought of it scares the **** out of me.

If we just restored the 10th amendment we could break it into 50 countries bloodlessly and be united only by our military, money, and constitution.

If we could carve out the Southeast (outside of Florida), I would be extremely happy. I think Texas has redeemable qualities that don't warrant kicking them out. They have legitimate governing differences than what I want but there is a difference between governing differences (such as mine and the state of Texas) and what I consider to be a 2nd world country (such as Mississippi or Louisiana).

California should be it's own country, for sure. Good riddance.

Thank you for not giving us to TX. That would require immediate movement on my part.

I don't think that they are such a distance from the rest of the country to warrant something like that. The same way with Texas, yes it is different than most of the country but its not black and white just different shades of gray.

The problem here is New york state vs new york city... I considered putting new york state with New England and leaving the proud city state of new york city to stand on it's own (trust me it could). Honestly the Finger Lakes and the Adirondacks feel far more like New England than they are new york city.

Not enough people say the word asshat.
