Uzoh signed with some Euro team right?
hawes not worth davis and calderon
calderon is expiring and not exactly thrilled about being a back up here in toronto. He is a good trading chip.
as long as we have amir we dont really need ed. yes i would part with one of them for hawes. i think a jonas/hawes combination at the C is solid moving fwd. We would still have bargs/amir at the 4 so i wouldnt lose sleap over ed davis.

imo davis and calderon would be an overpayment..the raptors lose an above average backup pointguard and a raw big man for hawes who will become a backup center...would not be to thrilled as a raptor fan if that were to go down.
I wouldn't trade Caldy or Ed Davis alone for Hawes, let alone both.
How about a trade involving Demar (+ picks/filler) for Harden? OKC may not be able to afford another monster contract, especially since they just gave Ibaka 40+ mill or so over the next 4 years. Demar's certainly not done as much as Harden at this stage, meaning he'd command less with his next paycheck.
Would you guys roll the dice on Blatche? I was just reading a CBSsports article about how is willing to play anywhere, even the D league, has recommited to the sport etc. offer the minimum and have him work with a hard nose, no BS coach like Casey...he maybe able to turn things around here. Thoughts? Is the risk worth the potential reward?
Spencer Hawes is like Aaron Gray with a jumpshot.
]I may be acting like a Kidd, switch from team to team, now I'm getting Bucks and all I see is green. Call me what you want, image don't mean a thing to me, sign me for 5 or 6 mill and worry about my legacy. - Me
I would hate to see Ed Davis bang with big boys- so frail looking- and Calderon is an expiring.
If people are thinking we are getting anything of great worth for Calderon at this point in time, you must be kidding me.
