Gareth Bale to Real a foregone conclusion?
Yea
Liverpool made the first major move of the January transfer window, bringing in forward Daniel Sturridge from Chelsea for a fee that is believed to be in the region of 12 million pounds.
Chelsea activated Demba Ba's 7.5 million pound transfer clause and will begin discussing a contract with the Newcastle star. Ba is currently second in goals scored this EPL season.
Typical Liverpool. At least City gets a small portion of the fee. Woo!

Serie A side Juventus on verge of attaining Bilbao CF Fernando Llorente. The 27-year-old's contract is up at San Mames at the end of the season and the Spanish international has stated that he will be leaving the Primera Division side.
Multiple outlets around Europe with knowledge of the situation are reporting that European kingpins, Real Madrid, are using Tottenham winger Gareth Bale as a smokescreen while pushing forward in their attempts to sign forward Neymar. Neymar is currently locked in at Brasileirão Série A side Santos.
Here's a link of Neymar being quoted as choosing the capitol side. There were reports of Neymar having been seen on holiday in the Spanish capital with Pepe and Marcelo (they both play for Madrid). I think he'd fit in well with any of the big European clubs.

I told them the only thing I knew was what I had seen on a website, that it was almost done," the agent told SportYou.
