The Whale should be a good follow this year

Last year they were dreadful. Other than Erixon, there were barely any prospects that were legit. This year the team should be loaded with prospects that we could potentially see this or the following season.

Other than the big names like McIlrath, Thomas, JTM and Yogan I'm curious to see how guys like Hrivik and Jean develop as under the radar signings. Stacjer too, who I think is the best goalie right now in the system, which isn't really saying all that much.lol

Yeah, Jean is really interesting because of his size at 6'4. He must have some big areas to work on with his game to not be drafted. I wonder if Lindberg will be the Whale. They signed him. He's incredible on faceoff's. He might be the guy they are looking to center the 4th line for years to come.

Was it McIlrath who sustained the knee injury? If so, does anybody know how severe or how his rehab is going?

I haven't heard any bad news which is good news. He should be ready to start the season.
