Kenyon isn't interested in a vet minimum deal, but I think the Nets are just as good if not a better a fit for him as Miami or the Lakers would be. You can never have enough reliable front court depth in this league.

I'm not up to date on who has cap room but I seriously doubt either the Lakers or Heat have any more cap space than us...which would be ZERO. At that point it will be a matter of who can woo him best.

Lakers can offer him a tiny bit more then us. Heat no.

But last I heard the Lakers were not willing to use their mini exception

I do have to say I voted (NO) in the poll as I don't really think he's the "missing link" as it were but he certainly will make a lot of fans happy to see him again and he's still got some gas left in that tank.

Nets need to add a 7 footer/real center to the 12 man roster, even if that guy is from the d-league.

Thats how I feel. Just how Greg Steisma was for the Celtics last year when O'neal went down.

He wouldn't be "the" missing piece, but it wouldn't hurt to have. I always loved K-Mart back in the day with Kidd and Jefferson so I'd be for it.

If we add Kmart I wonder how long it is before him and Stack slug it out?

I think Stack is cut before the season starts.

    I don't know why

What would be the reason? They still have to pay him and he still counts against the cap. Or at least that is the way I understand it. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Nice veteran presence to have on a 15 man roster. I hope he stays. Plus he should be good for about 5-6 minutes a game. Joe Johnson/Marshon Brooks/Jerry Stackhouse is a perfect hierarchy for filling the mins at the SG spot.
