i just lost fred jackson so i need to get a good back. would you do graham and maybe a filler for ahmad bradshaw and tony gonzalez, or graham for demarco murray straight up?

That'd really depend on your team. Who are your RB's and TE's that you have rostered? Who owns Spiller? Does the Spiller owner have a stable of backs that you could try to get cheaper?

I don't like Bradshaw at all this year and if you're going to move Graham, you can do a lot better than him imo. The Murray offer looks intriguing, but again need to know your TE situation.

Cook is a solid 2TE. I'd try the Graham for Murray offer first. Having Murray and Gore with Cook is better off than having Gore and Williams/McCluster with Graham. If you find the right partner for a TE/RB swap, try that too. I just hate Bradshaw this year due to health/other and think at some point Wilson becomes the starter.

That's tough about Fred Jackson. I have him in 2 other leagues but drafted CJ Spiller in both of those leagues as well.

Fortunately in this league, I have 3 legit RB's in Ray Rice, Doug Martin & Ryan Mathews (assuming he comes back healthy in Week 3 or so). Only injury problem I'm dealing with right now in this league is Greg Jennings, but I was lucky to get Reggie Wayne kinda late and he's looking like a hell of a value right now.

EDIT: n/m, you're not talking about the money league, just realized you said you have Ryan Williams (and he's on my roster...and he sucks too).
