As with all smaller market teams, money will always be an issue. They already have a lot of money locked up into Hill and Hibbert.

With Granger still there? There's not enough ball on that team.

Yeah, I forgot all about Hibberts deal, Hill has a pretty reasonable contract and Granger will be off the books by then and they will let him walk before they let Paul George go, who will be restricted if I'm not mistaken

See my above post, Granger will be off the books and they are going to hand the keys over to George at that time IMO

If Paul George can become who they think he can (meaning a ****ing beast), then the Pacers will have a top-10 player without question for the next decade.

Agreed, although I think George & Granger fit really well together

So do I, but money will be an issue and Granger is going to either be dealt next summer or they'll just let him walk away unless George is not the answer

I wonder what other teams would be after a small forward though. I know the Bulls, Pacers, and Grizzlies all have Deng/Granger/Gay reaching FA in two years (three for Gay).

Checked and Pierce has a player option for his 2nd year.

Toronto hasnt been able to fill that gap at SF, although, the did draft somebody this year, could be a bust though.
