Do you guys know about the stronglifts routine and does it work?
Also for bent over rows do you guys prefer overhand or underhand? Underhand is more comfortable but doesn't overhand get you a wider back?

stonglifts is a great beginner/intermediate program and I definitely recommend it.
make sure form is spot on and keep throwing more weight on the bar and you'll get great results and build a nice base
I did stronglifts for a while, it was pretty good. For bent over rows use overhand grip. Underhand grip will use more bicep and that isn't good when the weight gets heavy.
