His arm is better than Roenick. His slider is supposedly plus.

I'd love nothing more than for him to realize his physical ability. Power arms in the pen are a beautiful thing.

Absolutely and if he does then the pen is stacked with very good arms Janseen/Santos/Oliver/Delanbar/Carpenter/Lincoln

Don't look now, but Kevin Ahrens has hit home runs in 3 straight games, 7-game hit streak, and 9/26 over that span.

Tried to find some info (although not that hard) but GCL information is very tough to find.

It was made known that he'd spend 2 or so weeks in Vancouver for 'getting up to speed' and then head straight to New Hampshire. 'Bout time. If he does well in New Hampshire over the next couple of weeks, we could see him here in late August/early September.

Do you think he sticks in Toronto? Does he look like a full-time bullpen piece in 2013?

If he does then the pen already looks full to me

    Santos
    Janssen
    Oliver
    Perez
    Villanueva
    Stroman
    Lincoln

Stroman is projected to be a closer so he'll be here for a while.

They could try him out as a starter too, but I think his strength will be the bullpen.

Stroman, Janssen and Santos in the back end is maybe the best in baseball potentially...

Interesting to see Norris and Gose over Marisnick and Syndergaard.
