How many points can you realistically expect from defensive players on a week to week basis?

Honestly LB's and certain DB's like C Wood are week-to-week beasts, like right around 10-15. Tackles weigh heavily in the scoring so just get a guy who routinely racks em up. Last year since the Colts' defense was on the field so much, they had 2 of the leading tacklers in the NFL and those guys were fantasy monsters on that alone. That was Pat Angerer and some other dude, I forget.

Hmmm, interesting. I was planning on just taking a couple high volume tacklers anyway...if they can do anything extra, great. The IDP is something new for this league, so it's a learning experience for most of us I'd be willing to bet.

I won't target Angerer though since IIRC he's hurt to start the season.

Outside of Patrick Peterson, I think your team's pretty solid, HOWE, in all honesty. A 14 teamer is brutal as it is...it's really hard to predict who'll be good/bad.


That said, Yahoo! thinks Green's team is mediocre, so yay that (although if Foster goes down, he'll have a damn strong team).
