Trade amare for Bynum....we get rid of amares contract...we are doing great without him. We don't know how long his knees will last. And who cares if Bynum plays at all. He will be a free agent after this year and we can just let him.go. we will have money to spend to help build more around Melo with players that can click.

Interesting however, I don't think we win a chip without amare. I think we'll get to the ECF but without Amare I don't think we'll get past the Heat.

if you're the knicks would you try to make a move for tyreke evans? i dont know how to feel about him...hes a great talent who seems to be a bit of a knucklehead and hes a horrible perimeter shooter...i feel like Mike Woodson and Dave Hopla could really help him out though...if dave hopla can turn ronnie brewer into a fairly reliable shooter he can do the same for Tyreke...i dont know what it would take to get him though, would you be willing to send amare? the salaries dont come close to matching up, but other parts could be included i suppose...this is just a complete random question, i havent heard any rumor of this at all...i just see tyreke is on the block and i wondered what the general consensus among knicks fans was about him

Na he needs to be a ball dominator to be effective and that doesn't fit our team. He'd also take away from Shump's minutes and hes not better suited for this team than Shump. He's a terrible 3 point shooter and I dont think you can fix his shot mid-season.

Yea I'm interested to see how our team would be like with a guy like Amar'e coming off the bench

He'll have a lot of room to operate and as the focal point for stretches I think he can still be a dominant *offensive* player

I;m gonna go out on a limb and say Amare is not coming off the bench any longer due to the recent struggles of Brewer. Amare may come off the bench the first couple of games but I think Wood's gonna start him eventually. Just a guess though
