Best stat to judge an offensive player..

Ok, I know it's best to use several stats to get the full picture, I understand this. However, which stat gives us the most clear picture?

Question #2. I generally use wOBP, RC+ and oWAR. Are there better ways to judge a hitter (Better stats)?

I love wOBP, but is there a simmilar stat that is park adjusted??

Sorry if I have asked a ton of questions, It's hard to keep up with the times, just a yr and a 1/2 ago I thought OPS+ was the best stat around

wOBA is my personal favorite. But you always have to take into consideration sample size. Always.

Personally, I've always liked runs produced (Runs scored + RBI - home runs). Simple, old-school, but very telling.

I like wOBA too. I also like SLG%. Even though it doesnt show the FULL potential of the hitter, i still like it.

    wOBA and wRC+

That's all you really need if you are comparing two players.

But if you are not comparing two players, then you need a ton more information to get an accurate answer.

Depends on what your looking for in terms of offense. I would say both TAv and wOBA are the two most prevalent stats I use when determining a player's offensive ability.

wRC+ is park adjusted, that plus wOBA are the best to use when comparing two players (like jeffy said)

I think you have to use a combination of wRC+ and wOBA.

wRC+ accounts for sample size in a way and wOBA gives you the rate of efficiency.

Either alone is lacking, IMO, but together paints an accurate picture.
